Perfect for any nature lover, this 16 gauge cartilage piercing features a pretty cubic zirconia gem encrusted leafy vine. The leafy metalwork grows up the side of this cute heart-shaped cartilage jewelry, which is specifically designed to be worn in the left ear. The 3/8" closure ring is made with gold PVD over durable 316L surgical grade stainless steel. Simply twist ends slightly, and gently pull away to insert piercing. This closure ring can also be used for the tragus, helix, cartilage, ear lobe and other ear locations.
